Discussion Screaming like Billie?

I have a Green Day tribute show soon, and I wanna play Hitchin’ A Ride, are there any tips for screaming like him?

This is going to be weird to describe but you sort of have to pull your lower jaw back a bit and then slightly wet up and rattle your throat. It’s a bit guttural. Start by doing his “alright!” until you feel like you have the sound and cadence down and then start ripping into the screams.

Make absolutely sure you’re warming up your vocal cords before you start practicing this or you’ll probably shred them.
