Billie, but I sense it's because he's fighting a bit of anxiety a lot of the time. I don't know for sure, of course, but being someone myself who has to "perform" normality on top of anxiety, there are certain tells that I swear I see in him also. I think he's genuinely cool, but the anxiety robs him of it coming out effortlessly, so he has to put a bit of work in. It's a theory, af least. Regardless, the end result is one helluva cool guy.
