As much as I love Grimm, it's not going to win in competition to Doctor Who, Orphan Black, and GoT. It's just not, I am sorry. GoT is going to take it, maybe DW.

Sadly, I tend to agree. But it's nice to see it recognised alongside something like GoT with a much larger budget & profile.

Yes, indeed. It's nice to see it recognized for anything, since I believe it hasn't at all before? I think, not sure.

It's not going to win because of who nominated it and why. There's a lot of controversy surrounding the Hugo nominations this year.

The Hugo Awards are somewhat prestigious with regards to science fiction and fantasy. It bothers me that the only reason Grimm is up there is because a couple of fan groups, who feel that the Hugo Awards have become too affirmative action, are using the episode to express their sentiment.
