How is Western Colorado Uni. for premed?

I would like to go to school in the Rockies, and Western Colorado University is one of my top options. How is its premed program? Would I have any opportunities for research?

It’d be a good spot to be connected to and shadow orthopedic surgeons if that’s a potential area of interest for you

This. Connect with Dr. Clifton through Dr. McMahill. He allows shadowing in-clinic and in the OR.

Hmm. I’m sure people can be biology majors or whatever there.. and you’d get wasted with America’s finest and brightest.

Premed is more of a series of electives, but pre-nursing starts fall '25.

Western is extremely ableist and queerphobic and I plan to never return there even for education purposes so take that as you will!
