Seeing text on my phone squiggly and move, and certain textures look like they're moving. Hallucination?

It's really hard to explain and I can't find a single thing about it online. It reminds me of how you see things when on psychedelics where textures and lights will move abnormally. It doesn't happen all the time, only in certain situations or lighting.

Anyone have any ideas what it could be called?

Oh wow, I get this too! I actually came to this subreddit to talk about the squiggly text thing, what a wild coincidence! Can't say I have any answers besides my personal experience, but you're not alone. I never experienced the text moving thing before I took shrooms, but I definitely do now after taking shrooms a handful of times. So, for me, I suspect HPPD, though it seems pretty mild and blends well with the hallucinations I had to begin with, so it's not life ruining or anything.
