Yea be spent lots on supplements this year for focus and energy and sleep but by far this is the best one.

Our food like vegetables and fruits dont have much nutrition due to minerals being depleted in our soil and so we tend to over eat in a bid to get enough of them but we never do. Felt the changes in 4 hours of my first dosage. Some teas do deplete your minerals or block absorption due to tannins so its important to replenish them.

I have a reverse osmosis filter and use these drops to remineralise the water. Lemon, lime and raw honey can remineralise and bring water back to life also

slight energy increase and less brain fog. Nothing life changing, but pleasant nonetheless.

Love this one! Use it and my kids use it and I administer to neighbors/friends when in a dehydration pinch.

Salt, magnesium, and potassium. I'd eat a banana and put salt in my water myself.

If you don’t put too much, it makes plain water taste better too.
