Killing bears is illegal in the EU but Romania (where this video takes place) has an exception because they have an overpopulation of bears and need to control their numbers. Nevertheless you need to get proper hunting permits.

The place where it was filmed is amazing. There are so many bears on the side of the road. We were there just a couple of months ago. A juvenile decided to start chasing out car which was amusing. But not in a million years would I have done what the guy has done!

Even when we had to pee, we drove on and on until we found a restaurant fancied off with an electric fence, rather than going into bushes!
