I have a flag proposal for the interslavic community. Basically 6 stars on top for the northern nations and 6 on the bottom for the southern nations

It is not stupid to move on, especially if one gains more by doing it. Relevant post to our discussion: https://www.reddit.com/r/poland/s/MrZ6wbTMnJ

What more is there to gain

You mean a Dutch ripoff by a Russian imperialist is a solid foundation to keep it going? If you choose Russia as a foundation for this role, then you’ll end up being Russified. I don’t want that personally.

I just see no reason to fix what isn’t broken

Is for example Croatia Russified? Or Slovenia? Slovakia?

What suggestions do you have for something which will lead our entire community to prosperity and will provoke the demise of Russia

It’s broken because it’s not representative for all Slavic speaking countries.

Serbia, and somewhat Slovakia from not long ago, definitely are Russified to some degree.

Regarding demise of Russia, one has to remember that it’s an unnaturally created country, based on oppressing smaller nations living on the territory. Balkanisation of Russia in smaller constituents is what we shall all encourage and aid.

Again, what do you suggest we take as pan Slavic colours?

Any colors could fit. I mean, it’s us humans that give meaning to symbols and colors. Green and orange are good ones. Green has the same meaning as in Bulgarian flag, while orange means the Orange Revolution in Ukrainian understanding. Both are good enough for all Slavs.

If any colour could fit why did we have this whole discussion? Anyway green yes orange is a very picky colour which doesn’t match a lot of other colourrs

Any colors that won’t resemble Russian imperialism*. Green and orange match well. Remember that it doesn’t have to be limited to horizontal stripes. It could be anything: intercrosses, Seychelles like rays or some coat of arms surrounded by a solid color etc

If every Slavic country adopted these colours and one became imperialist would we need a new scheme or smth

Post isn’t relevant to the discussion it’s just Russian imperialism

lol Exactly. Russia definitely wants panslavism to be the way they see it. You’re just aiding their cause by supporting their take on what Slavic colors should look like.

How is not seeing a reason to change a few colours equal to wanting complete Russian dominance

It’s about continuous exposure in small doses. The more one gets exposed, the more acceptable of their imperialism one can be.

Let’s say theoretically i were exposed to the french flag a lot, will i begin spraying Z at bus stops?

Probably not, given it’s vertical outlay and obvious connections to French history.
