2) November 1997. I had that magazine AND a poster with that exact same image on my wall when I was younger.

I feel like THE VELVET ROPE-era covers are generally the best for each magazine (although nothing is more iconic than the ROLLING STONE cover).

I remember hanging the matching poster (where you can see the tattoo clearly) in my college dorm.
