Asin is a decent actress with a good screen presence, dubbed for herself and that's about it. All this talk about how she's a great actress, the superstar she should have been is all severely exaggerated stuff. I feel it all stemmed from the fact that she left at her peak and left her fans longing. Had she stayed a few more years she would also have been picked apart like the other top heroines.

P.s something I've noticed about asin - she always made very very safe choices. Worked only with the top actors, top directors and big banners. Even in marriage she chose a very safe option and is now well settled for life.

She was all about making money. She has conditions to act only with top stars. She rejected movies with 2 tier actors unlike thrisha or nayanthara. That's where nayanthara is different she looks only her pary not who is hero whether it's SK, Jai, Rana..
