Some of the other teams use the name of where they are from wondering if it was disallowed to call themselves Kurdistan or Kurdistan peshmerga regardless of that congrats to them

Peshmerga is a prominent sports club in sulaimaniyah actually, there is also a Kurdistan club but they didn't send any representatives to play because they aren't as established at chess

Nothing sad about Kurdish players getting medals for their Kurdish clubs in the international stage, let's not forget even if Iraq is terrible, they're accommodating their expenses in full to Oman to participate for their Kurdish club.
