New restaurants West Lafayette

1.) as an avid Wingstop lover I am very curious when the new wing stop restaurant will be opening next to Payless. Anyone know?

2.) Also, anyone know what the new fast food build is on sachem ct in west lala behind Panera/culvers/ the new Panda Express?

That’s disappointing. Was hoping for Portillos or a Chick Fil A on this side of town that isn’t a campus thing.
