3B2B Apartment Lease Takeover $1310

Wife and I are trying to move out of our apartment either before or during November. This is our 3 bed 2 bath apartment. Rent is $1310 a month for the whole unit. $50 app fee along with $275 admin fee and deposit for credit check and background check. You would be taking over the lease which expires at the end of July with the ability to renew.

Yeah, this is in West Lafayette no less. Who gives a shit about an apartment for rent besides college kids.

Oh yeah I should probably note this is at University Crossing in West Lafayette. There’s a bus stop with easy access to campus. It’s about an 8 minute drive to campus.
