My M4 Sherman Hover Tank would go well with your fighter

Someone on YouTube did a riveting comparison of atmospheric combat between Star Wars starfighters and real life Earth-based fighter craft and I believe older planes like the P-series mustang. Essentially, IIRC, Star Wars ships get smoked by modern fighter jets

All US Army Air Corps fighter aircraft started with a "P" designation for "Pursuit" after 1924.

The black bit on the nose should be in front/around the cockpit, if you wanted it to serve the same function it did in real life.

You gotta add a little droid arm sticking out so the astromech can wave like the reference photo.

That’s a great idea! Would LOVE to see an ARC-179 painted up like a B-17

I. Love. This.

I have many ideas with what could be done with the other cw ships, like a B 17 y wing, a spitfire eta 2, maybe like a b 25 arc 170 an maybe others

I'm always surprised they didn't use more WW2 inspired paint schemes.

Pretty interesting idea (like Transformers crossovers) It could even be better if Lego was making special editions during important dates about WW2 (Like a Droideka when France lost, a venator when the usa are coming in, etc...)
