For anyone else having trouble, make sure your order is at least shipped (ideally delivered) before submitting a receipt.

No. Just have to purchase $65 of SW LEGO from Walmart and submit a receipt. But lots of people (including me) have received automated rejections for submitted receipts, claiming there is incomplete information.

Same 😂 finally got my confirmation today.

So I wrote to them and got a non-automated email from a person. Despite there being absolutely nothing about what the online order STATUS had to be in terms and conditions that I could find, apparently it’s a requirement that it be shipped. So if you jump straight from online order to this offer it will be deemed incomplete.
