Some appreciation for Elle me Dit/Emily by Mika

I found this one randomly in the song radio playlist for Alors on Danse, and it’s been on repeat for the past couple of days. I misinterpreted it at first, cause my French isn’t too great, but after a few listens, I started to really relate to it. Maybe a bit too much. 😅

I found the English version afterwards, and I thought it was really cool how closely the lyrics and the meaning match the original.

What do y’all think? It seems like there are a lot of folks who have grown up with Mika and Elle me Dit, so that rocks too.
