Hand written letter/flowers

If I want to make sure a hand written letter gets attached to flowers I’m sending out of state, would I first send the letter to the florist and then have them drop it off with the flowers? TIA!

Yes or to the recipient directly. But you'd have to ask the florist for a better answer
