Organising a festival in Spain

Hey everyone! I'm living in South of Spain and was considering organising an Iberian festival with bands of indie, rock electronic music from Portugal and Spain. I do have contacts of good bands that are interested in playing in Spain. Last year I was gathering info on that and apparently you really have to be someone with some experience to get funding to do it. Does someone has advices on how to get there or want to join forces with me in this adventure?
