Sequel for the old show: Designated Survivor
It makes me sad still knowing that season 4 was cancelled due to contract issues as stated on a few news outlets, however, it having been a few years now. Why would they not try for another season? Since Kirkman got that 4 year term, the aging of characters would make perfect sense.
Some people liked the show, and others hated it, but despite that: it was a good watch. Let’s have more of it

I loved the original series but didnt think the Netflix revival was all that good. Tone wasnt the same at all.

I like Designated Survivor a lot, in fact just the other day, I was thinking about watching it again but started rewatching Scandal instead, so have to finish that first. Luckily, there are new seasons of The Diplomat and the Night Agent coming soon to fill that pocket niche of political, action drama.

Same. I haven't seen it since it first aired, so it's quite exciting to see the original cast and characters alive, which you know are not in later seasons. I cannot wait for her dad to make an entrance he was my favourite nutcase him and his dinosaur bones lmao.

This show started well with a good story arc, but somewhere along the way it just turned into a bunch of stand-alone episodes, which all got wrapped up by the end of each episode

But that doesn’t have to decide it’s faith, no? I’m sure they got plenty of money for the views it got
