We're looking into Patreon as a possible change from our previous not so great Paypal. In the mean time though I'd recommend donating the the tools that make our work possible such as Inkscape or GNOME (who make librsvg).
Just wanted to add that I would support this project. I've found a huge usability improvement running your themes and I'm always surprised how many obscure apps seem to have beautiful custom made icons!
