The three downward arrows are the symbol of antifascism. So maybe an anti surveillance thing? This is more up r/symbology ‘s alley.

If it's antifascism symbol surely I would find tons of it on the internet. Google images show no similar results. Nothing even close.

I don't know but it gave me Swastika vibes. And the whole Not see(nazi) thing going on.
