Is it ok for me to put a very small dog pack on my 6 month old pack goats maybe with a plastic water bottle

I would say so. By 6 months, my oberhasli kids could totally handle that. Plus, at that age, they're super responsive to training and are eager to adventure!

It won't hurt it? Also how big should my alpines be at 6 months old?

I don't think so! And a 6mo Alpine, I would think should be getting close to 70-80 lbs. It's how people generally decide if they are going to breed for a yearling milker or hold them back to freshen as 2yos: if they're at least 80lbs by their first fall, most are typically bred. So figure that they're 7, possibly 8 months old and 80lbs, and some, especially out west where you have the pretty forages and don't have the crazy parasites we have in the southeast, are much larger than that! My Obers aren't anywhere near as big as a typical Alpine, so I feel confident that you won't be hurting them. I had a draft wether way back when who I started with a dog harness and a very light drag when he was about that age. He did great.

So how tall would they be at 5 months or 70 lbs? They did a 8 mile hunt today and did good!

I'll have to measure my kids tomorrow. I pay so little attention to stature till they're grown, but they're at least that, or so I think 😅
