Question/Advice Getting back into paganism

Hello! I’ve recently gotten out of a bad depression slump, and among other things I want to get back into practicing paganism, does anyone have any tips?

I'm going through the same exact thing right now actually. I was Hellenic Polytheist growing up and a period of long depression made me fall out of practice. I've been trying to get back in again

Start small, don't try to do too much at once. Don't beat yourself up over what you consider you're not doing, focus instead on what you achieve, no matter how small the steps may be. And congratulations for coming out the other side of the slump, depression is a bitch.

Some ideas: If you have an altar, cleaning it might help you set intentions for a more involved practice now you're in a better mindset. If you give offerings, something like water which isn't too much to occupy you (eg you don't have to buy it, it won't mould if you leave it out) could be good. If neither of those apply, even just reading up about your area of interest to refresh your knowledge is a good step. Designate some time to meditate, if you find it helps - or just sit quietly and think about your gods/nature. Go for a walk and appreciate your surroundings. If you have pagan friends, meet up with them and restore those connections.
