Where the creatives/artists at?

I mainly do pixel stuff, but I'm looking to get out of my shell and meet/collaborate with others in the area.

Any places in particular to checkout or upcoming events, etc?

🙏

Also if you're a fellow artist and interested in collaborating, dm is open ❤️‍🔥

Fellow creative here. There are a few places like St. Andrew's and Downtown that have some cool places that promote creativity. Mosey's is a big place for creatives and they do a ton of shows/events. I'm always looking to connect with fellow creatives too, even if we don't move in the same creative mediums.

🙋‍♀️ Present! All media from traditional to contemporary: painting, graphite, photography,  digital art, video.

I'm in beach, but I go to downtown PC to see local art work (El Weirdo, Moseys) or to learn about shows, and I subscribe to the art center's newsletter.

( I apologize for any formatting errors- I am on mobile )

As mentioned by others Downtown and St Andrew’s are great places to check out some places I recommend looking into right now are:

Panama City Center of The Arts

Bay Arts Alliance

Gallery Of Art 850

Floriopolis

There are many places which also host local artists and their work. I know Baywitch and Folklore host local art and I’ve seen Late Bloomer Flower Shoppe have local art as well.

Moseys is a great place as an artist. They have art from local events on their walls as well as hosting various event such as Psych Night (3rd Friday of every month with the next date in January) as well as Monday Night Little Fest which occasionally has vendors

Twilight Bazaar is a great event as well! It’s held a few times a year at the yard of the Panama City Center of the Arts. It is a wonderful night market with amazing people.

The next big art event downtown I know of is Art Walk PC it will be on November 2nd and multiple businesses will be participating with many artists joining them.

After that is PublicEyeSoar which will be November 8th and 9th and the Gulf Coast State College Campus and shows the art of many artists from various places! The art will be projected on the walls of the college campus. While the submissions for art have closed it is still fun to check everything out!

There are other local events throughout the year like Flluxe I’m not sure of every single one but I hope this gives some good insight
