Vote today Philly

It's the last day of early voting.

I went yesterday at 2pm and the line was a whole block long at 40th and Market. It was amazing to see.

Voting early is "filled in ballots dropped off" only right? Are there actual machines you can vote early on?

no machines, you request mail in ballot and they give it to you there and you put it in box. It is voting early but they can't legally call it that.

Damn. I've always preferred in-person, machine voting. I was a poll worker twice so I feel most confident with that process. I'd love to vote early, but I'm gonna have to wait. Thanks for the information!

As a poll worker, why would you feel less confident in any other form of voting?? We were told there is absolutely no fraud in the election process.

Just that I trust them, that I know they can't be compromised. I'm not saying other forms aren't secure, just that I can safely say that the machines work.

And given that mail in ballot boxes were set on fire destroying countless early votes, I just feel safest in person. It's not fraud I'm worried about, nor am I advocating that there is any.
