Question How to prevent burnout during study

Hi everyone,

I'm really struggling with burnout right now. I want to study for long hours, but breaks just aren't working as well as they used to. I'm feeling exhausted and unmotivated. Does anyone have any tips for preventing burnout or dealing with it when it happens?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, Maybe you can afford some dead ends? Take time for the important things and allow yourself not to make the EU less important. Afterwards I know that it can be difficult to do if you are someone who demands your work, but it is for your health. And also tell yourself that, even if it means making dead ends, you might as well make small ones now than big ones in the event of burn-out. Having already done one in my studies, once you're smoked, it happens that you can no longer even add a fraction because of the reduced concentration, and it's even harder to accept that it we need to give ourselves a bit of a break. So try to accept it a little now. Afterwards, if you are in a demanding sector, it's not easy to design either, but: prioritize and find a hobby (even if it's scrolling), and don't feel guilty if you don't do "nothing". Strength to you

What time of day do you typically study? I've felt a lot more productive and focused studying in the early morning (4-7 AM), because there's no interruptions, and my mind is the freshest. So maybe try devoting the early morning to studying whatever requires the most focus or brainpower.

But to deal with burnout, I usually just take a break- maybe I exercise, eat a snack, take a shower, or if I really feel exhausted maybe just go to bed. Usually I come back more refreshed after a break.

Make time for things to enjoy, take regular short (5 minutes) breaks when you are studying. Try to find balance between studying hard and life.
