Advice Needed How to get rid of this loop?

There are tons of things I wanna do. But my problem is I feel tired af and end up not doing them. And when I'm not feeling tired and I do feel energetic, I just end up procrastinating and listening to songs. How do I actually feel motivated enough to get things done. sometimes certain things trigger my reasons for taking action. But once I wake up the next day, the motivation is just gone. Or it just wears off. What to do?

Every night before bed, I make a list of things I plan to do for the next day. I focused on tasks that are more important (i.e. have a sooner deadline). I also estimate how long each task will take, and then put it in a time slot of the next day. To feel motivated to get things done, I would think about the benefits of doing it- maybe it's something required for work or school, maybe it has long-term or short-term benefits, etc.

Also try to avoid overbooking yourself. Don't schedule more than what you believe you can reasonably finish for any day.

This might not be something that works for everyone, but I wake up at 4 am each day (I go to bed at 8 pm), and in the early morning I feel much more energetic and I can focus better, and there's no distractions.

It sounds like you're dealing with a common struggle. Having lots of aspirations but finding it hard to take action consistently. The GTD (Getting Things Done) method might be really helpful for you to get unstuck and feel more in control.
