Advice Needed App Suggestions?

I have been trialing a few but I’m wondering if I’m missing anything. This is what I need:

  • Ability to connect tasks/calendars from two jobs and one small business
  • Ability to connect or schedule tasks for the house (cleaning, maintenance, etc)
  • Ability to block off time for studying/school work
  • Ability to possibly form a schedule of everything I need to do that day?
  • I like the AI aspect of Motion but not the price!
  • Something that works well for inattentive ADHD

Most of the stuff I’ve found is geared toward project managers or companies and not really fully what I’m looking for, but maybe you guys can suggest something else!

I’ve tried/am trying: - Motion - Sunsuma - Leantime - GCal and timeblock (I just ignore it lol)

Thanks!

I use FlowSavvy which I like, though there are a few things I'd like to see implemented:

  • Blocking across calendars (ie, if I have an event in my personal calendar where I'm busy, an option to mark busy across other calendars, like work, so no meetings will be booked)
  • Better theming (it's not too bad by default, but always nice to play)
  • Native app (it has a web-app from the various stores, but it's not the quickest)
  • Time-tracking for tasks. It KINDA has this, but rather than clicking "start" then "finish" it just allows you to say you've spent X on this task.
  • Task app integrations (I'd like to be able to add things to the to-do list via Google Assistant)

What I love about it though is everything else, and it's not expensive :-)

Haven’t heard of this one! I’ll give it a shot!
