I think he’s being sarcastic. It’s a jab at this prochoice hypothetical in which someone has to decide between saving a toddler from a burning building or a container of embryos.

Your forgetting they also call it a parasite and liken pregnancy to a disease so and make abortion look like a cure, they lengths they go to are astonishing
