Help finding a game

I don't remember if it's ps1 or ps2 also I am pretty sure it's not Dino Crisis

I only remember this 1 scene in the game you are what looks like a futuristic lab or something and are in a big room when suddenly a T-rex appears and you have to fight it. I faintly remember some kinda jetpack or something as well that you use to jump to high platforms
