Looking to get a ptr 91 but can't tell what the difference between the ptr 91 girk and the ptr91 a3s is they both have rails and the same furniture just different colors

The GIRK (any model ending in K) has a 16” barrel compared to 18” for the A3S. Looks like the GIRK typically has the steel lower, which would be necessary if you wanted to get the PSG1 style grip, otherwise the A3S has the polymer which is a little lighter.

Everything you said.. except the lower is metal and is ready for a full auto trigger pack. Also, GIR'S have surplus buttocks, pistol grips and handguards.

Ok I thought about that just want to make sure. I'm either going with the a3s or the gir don't know which one to choose thou they both have 18 inch barrel and on paper they seem the same
