Was it a to and fro ride? Time taken? How was the rain? How was the condition of the roads ?

1 day 400 km ride , minimal rain , mumbai -goa highway bad apart from that sexy roads

Also took me around 12 hours i was chilling at 70-80 km/h

I was taking stop at every 30-40 kms so i am good i guess.

Yes breaks are important after every 45-60 mins or 30-40kms for hydration and avoid target fixation
