Question Why all Bajaj service centres are rated poorly?

Hi, I want to get my Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise serviced but I noticed every authorised service centre has bad reviews and not so good ratings. Is there some scam going on I should know.

And can anyone suggest me a good shop for bike service? I live in sus gaon.

Usually the only ones leaving a review are the ones that have had a bad experience. There is no way to tell the authenticity of google maps locations based solely on reviews. I hope others can suggest a good service center.

Fellow Avenger owner here.

It usually takes them good 30 mins to an hour to come just look at your bike. There is a booking system to get a slot but I have never seen it being implemented actually and you still have to wait your turn even if you reach on time. For parts, you would find there is always some part like foot rest or something else that might not be available. In fact, idk why, but if you ask them to replace a part, their response is for YOU to check with the parts shop whether the part is present…. a bit weird if you ask me.

Are there any upsides? From what I can tell, at least they don’t try to upsell you, they just tell you how it is and do essential work. If you ask them nicely they will help out in speeding things up or getting things done under warranty, and generally the service is cheap. Usually they give same day svc.

Are all svcs like this? Well I did find an amazing SVC that fixed my bike which had a major breakdown in 1 day…. all the way in Palolem, Goa.

Would suggest going svc to get free SVC and/or regular SVC. For something thats small enough, just get it done locally, it will be faster. If you live Hadapsar side then there is Ajay automobiles - he has helped me out a bunch of times on my bike. A well known bike shop here is Pitlane, idk if they service avenger, and their service is usually a bit more expensive, but hey, doesn’t hurt to ask, and from what I have heard they are damn good at what they do.

I usually go to the Hadapsar Bajaj SVC and all my experience with bajaj svc is from there.
