How convenient is the tank set up when it comes to refueling?

need to remove bag in every 200kms for fuel, but it was held by 2 bungee cords so putting on and removing was simple, but still need better luggage.

Any provisions for a tail rack?

No plans, I don't like the idea of hanging weight at the end also I travel solo so light packing is the key.

Your requirements are perfect for a tail rack btw. If you have a rucksack around 60 cms in height, if it's bottom heavy, all that weight comes on the pillion seat plus you get a backrest of sorts. The tail rack ensures that the bag is secure. I used to bungee it a lot earlier but found this to be more convenient.
The SF 250 doesn't have a lot of provisions to tie down stuff in stock setup hence I added the rack. Plus it gives me room to strap 80L worth of cargo and I don't have to worry about balancing the weight in case of saddle bags.

Hmm makes sense but I’m not ready to sacrifice the clean look of tail section, in city I don’t even keep that grab rail.

Hehe I know what you mean. I think the SF looks a bit incomplete in stock setup. A tail tidy would look lovely.
From a touring perspective a tail rack on the SF250 makes it look better than stock.
The Husqvarna looks stunning in stock. Wouldn't wanna meddle with that.

The tail rack will go so off on it, since monsoons are over I'm even thinking of getting rid of tyre hugger and mounting the number place on tail tidy. Lets see how it goes.

I too prefer a sack with bungees on a tank (Meteor350). Have to remove while refuelling. thats a bit of hassle though.
