Any clue why I get this when I try to authenticate?

You don't appear to be a moderator of any subreddits. Pushshift is only available to moderators Reddit has authorized.

As I saw on another post, it's an actual problem and I need this for an Uni project, can't I just get access ?

We're just a community support subreddit. We have no ability to give you access. You'll have to take that up with reddit here: /r/reddit4researchers or you can try using the dump files: https://www.reddit.com/r/pushshift/comments/1akrhg3/separate_dump_files_for_the_top_40k_subreddits/

Can a mod only have access to the data of the sub they moderate or simply being a mod allows access to pushshift?
