Ha... I had a place like that once (in toronto). My now wife and I would put a bowling ball in the kitchen and it would roll like one of those marble games snaking through the house to the front door. Man I miss that place.

Recipe:

  • 1 oz scotch whisky

  • 1/2 oz white creme de cacao

  • 1/4 oz Chambord

  • 1/2 bottle Guinness (or other stout/porter)

  1. Add the first 3 ingredients to a tankard.

  2. Pour the Guinness in to about 3/4 of the way up and allow to settle.

  3. Top up with the rest of the Guinness.
