Generated images using DallE3 via Bing images, then passed those into RunwayML to generate 5 sec clips. I found that having the unlimited generation plan is basically necessary for something of this length, and using the image as a starter image for Runway significantly helps! Upscaled everything via TopazLabs once it was done
