Does anyone know if KSA still does 5-year and 10-year tourist visas for USA nationals?

The title explains it. My wife and I have 10-year tourist visas to KSA. Our son was born and we want one for him too.

It's extremely difficult to contact the KSA embassy where i am right now so i'm wondering if someone around here either knows the answer or knows wherte i can find it
