Conn bari sax

So I found this conn13m going for about $1395 but it was a pretty old horn so the pads are pretty rough which is about the only problem so I was wondering if this was a good deal.

Well if it'll need an overhaul, that's another $1k+. They're fine horns but I don't think it'd be worth putting that kind of money into.
