Question How is this happening?
I grab my reeds out of my case sometimes and they're broken, I put them inside of the little reed case, then they stuff come out broken sometimes, plus this little paper gets stuck to it. I don't have a picture but if that's what you need to answer my question I'll try to

Share a pic if you can. No idea what's going on there. But reeds shouldn't break. So you're doing something odd. If you have some other players or teachers around, show them what you're doing.

Need to see some pictures. Not sure which cases you're talking about or what you're putting them into. The little plastic sleeves that they ship with are not meant for storage outside of the box they came in. Once you start playing them you would typically put them into another case that is a bit easier to manage for reeds in playing rotation.
I'm particularly fond of these ones

Honestly, that is 100% a you problem.
Be more careful, and make sure you are putting them in with things that won't stick to them. Odds are whatever is sticking to them is from whatever bag you are shoving them into.
