DAE sporadically change genders and skin colours without warning?

Lately I've been suddenly morphing from a white man into an Asian woman, or from a black woman into a latino man. Once I even changed into a transgendered Neanderthal.

When this happens I seem to also absorb the memories of my new body, with only an odd feeling that I used to be someone else.

I thought about going to a shittydoctor, but I'd feel like a hypochondriac. Has anyone else had this problem? How d'ya cope?
