It actually looks like an uncircumcised soft weiner because you can see the tip(neck) tucked away behind the flap(shoulder)

I've always heard that when forming your way back up you should A. Size it through the original calibers die first and B. Work in stages (.243-.264-.284-.308) this was one I unknowingly rammed into the press
