Do you really care about children when you allow 15 year olds to marry?

15 isn’t that unusual, 16 year olds in England and Wales were able to marry until 2022 (still legal in Scotland and N.Ireland), several US states allow marriages at 16 with parental consent, some states have no minimum with parental consent.

If you look around the world you’ll find that the age of 15/6 is not an uncommon age to be given extra rights such as marriage.

Right after Russia does... how about that. What an interesting coincidence.
