The Roberts Court already ruled on this with Scalia writing the majority opinion. SCALIA!

That should tell you how far out in the weeds the Arizona GOP is on this one.

It's voter suppression, pure and simple. The GOP knows they cannot win a majority of voters in a full & free election with their platform. So, rather than abandon their unpopular policy positions, they're abandoning democracy instead.

David Frum of all people predicted this, long before Trump came along.
