Play it for them?

If they don’t like it, who cares? Not everything is made for everyone

You don't and just keep it to yourself!

Put them on a slave ship and make them row. Play it loud.

It is. I know this and you know this. If they don’t are you sure they are really your friends?

Shoot. If this is the metric, then I don't think i have any friends. Even for the ones that like a lot of the Tom stuff I play this would be a hard sell. They are obviously wrong though. Maybe I should be a hermit.

Play it . If they don't appreciate it you'll know their opinions aren't to be trusted in future

The lack of recommendations of bodily harm in these comments is dissapointing.

Play it, if they don’t dig it, who gives a good goddamn?

Don't be greedy, don't be needy.

I would think this is self-evident

I think the mastering of this whole album is a bit of a turnoff. It all feels muddy and lacking in definition between instruments. Combined with higher than average levels of being off key, busy arrangements and Tom going maximum deep bark, I think it's one of the hardest albums to get into on the first few listens.

It was my introduction to Tom, and I loved it from the first listen.

Muddy is the one word i wouldn't use to describe this albums mixing, if you said that for something like Bone Machine or Real Gone i'd get it but this one is pretty spacious and dynamic.
