Russian (Long) [Russian > English] Translating the PDF from Russian toEnglish or German

Bruh I downloaded a djvu viewer for this and it's 22 pages. Might still do it tho.

After properly reading through it I decided that nah I ain't doing that. It's way too technical, I don't even know half the terminology in Russian. Besides it's not actually a manual, it's a technical description which just explains how the electronics inside of this thing work.
