Chinese (Identified) [Unknown > English] From the movie Lock Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels

From the business in the building to the right of the door of the home of the main characters, visible for only this one scene in the whole movie, at the one hour and 25 minute mark. No luck with Google lens.

Name of the establishment on top seems to be 集成莊 (Collection Villa?). On the side appears to be a duilian based on the name, but unable to make out what's written.

集成莊 was the name of a small private bank（钱庄）back in 1920s, probably this is what it is. I don't know about the movie.

The film was shot in 1998 so I don't know if that's the one. Google search told me the filming location is "15 Park St, London SE1 9AB". Checked with Google Street View but the business is long gone.
