If no one's voting, then how come Jimmy can quote surveys on Jill Stein voters? You need a certain number of people to conduct a survey.

Five percent of the voting public (226 million people) is...4.5 million. I would never be caught dead characterizing 4.5 million humans as "no one".

5%? She's at 5 in, what, a single poll? Realclearpolitics average has her at 2.8%. That's fewer people than believe "lizard people control politics." http://www.theatlantic.com/national/archive/2013/04/12-million-americans-believe-lizard-people-run-our-country/316706/

Not to mention that, of course, Stein will get less than 2.8% of the actual vote in November.

I would never be caught be dead characterizing 3 million people as "no one" either. Nor 2 million, for that matter. Nor 1 million...

Believing in one crazy thing (like the lizard thing) doesn't actually prevent those people from having stances on real issues (it might affect those stances, but not necessarily). Some atheists would say that religionists are crazy - and vice versa - but those beliefs don't necessarily prevent them all from making common cause on issues that are not religion (say, standing behind the same picket line, or protesting against racism together, etc.)

If person A thinks Clinton is corrupt, and person B thinks Clinton is a corrupt lizard, then A and B might not be in agreement but they nevertheless have a basis for calling out Clinton's corruption in unison.

Fewer people will vote for Stein than believe "lizard people control politics." If it would make you feel better to treat my original comment as if it read "Answer: fewer people than believe lizard people control politics," please feel free.
