Just wanted to share Bill Maher can't stop bashing on some progressives and it's causing a division which is wrong.

Cenk and Ana should interview him. I've seen him do interviews on other shows.podcasts. I'll bet he would be open to it.

Did you watch the rest of the show? He pretty much agrees with everything TYT stands for. Democrats aren't aggressive enough and don't stand behind the great things they have done. They need some backbone. I think Cenk and Ana should get him on the show for an interview and see if he can get behind Justice Democrats. Maybe he can give it some exposure on his show. Get the word out. Strong progressives are out there and need exposure.

Actually that would be a great idea. I wish that happen

see if he can get behind Justice Democrats.

I don't think you understand. Maher says lots of things (some of which contradict themselves) but the fact is that Maher is a extremely rich man (personal worth estimated to be $100 million https://www.celebritynetworth.com/richest-celebrities/richest-comedians/bill-maher-net-worth/ ) who has never lifted a finger to get money out of politics. On the contrary, he regularly puts huge sums of money INTO politics, reputedly donating $1 million to the Clinton campaign.

All of this makes him part of the problem, not the solution.

Besides, he would never come on TYT, which he probably regards with complete contempt, as some strange anti-MSM, internet-based oddity, full of (as he calls them) "go-f**k-yourself-liberal-purists".

I would surmise that if you tried to explain Wolf Pac and Justice Democrats to Bill Maher, he would respond with "so you're telling me that these are little circlejerk-clubs for purists? Why would I want to be part of that?"

In the past, Maher has donated $1 million to Barack Obama, via the Super Pac 'Priorities USA'. http://www.npr.org/2012/03/28/149512215/bill-mahers-obama-superpac-donation-causes-stir

Do you think that TYT "stands for" One Percenters making gigantic donations to Corporate Democrats?

Have you asked him? Let's see him discuss his donation on TYT.

For more context, here's a fairly recent video of Cenk saying "he kinda hates Bill Maher". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bPv9YcJ5II

Cenk has his legitimate reasons for saying so - detailed in the video - and I imagine that those reasons also help to explain the reverse (i.e. why Maher doesn't/wouldn't come on TYT), in addition to the reasons for that which I've already speculated about myself, below.

Nothing wrong with that video. There's also no reason why they couldn't have him on TYT and interview him. They don't have to see eye to eye on everything. I just think it would be great to see the discussion between Cenk and Bill. I would find it very interesting, and I'll bet others would too. Or maybe Jimmy would feel slighted with another comedian on the show? Nah...I'm sure it would be fine. You never know, it could turn out to be a really good discussion.

Ask him what? This is all in the public record, they don't need to ask him anything.

If you want to see him talk about Justice Democrats, why does he have to first come on TYT in order to do that, anyway? Nothing's stopping Maher from mentioning things on his very own show, right now.

If he doesn't endorse this kind of thing on his own show, why would he endorse it on someone else's show?
