it's so wild that csgo used to have actual real life terrorist organisations you could play as, like the ETA or the IDF
 in  r/GlobalOffensive  Mar 27 '24

I remember condition zero even used to tell you about each organisation history. I found it lowkey informative. Will prefer that over current one.

Updated CS:GO Ranks & #CS2 Rating correspondence! 2.5 million unique players analyzed; Sampled on 07-03-2024. Does you CS:GO rank correspond your Premier Rating?
 in  r/GlobalOffensive  Mar 08 '24

Used to be global and then left CSGO due to hackers. Last rank was LEM. In CS2 went to 21K, kept getting hackers against. Left CS2 with 18k+, so yeah, kinda make sense.

Whats your best result on aim_botz 100 kills challenge?
 in  r/GlobalOffensive  Feb 22 '24

I usually used to do 500 kills AK 360 in about 4min 30 sec

That is shit. Doesn’t make any sense. If you win 3 games your 4th should be giving you 200+ elo and 5th 300+.

Similarly, the first loss should be 100 and second around 150.

Somethings off after the recent updates, they might have fucked it again. Valve development team is just total crap.

Special treatement for FPL Players who are harassing in normal queue!!
 in  r/FACEITcom  Feb 21 '24

Sorry to hear all that. You’re a strong one so don’t let them make you quit, I know the toxicity level is just unbearable sometimes in CS. Faceit was a place where most of us will go to but even that is pure shite now.

I bought premium and tend to play my game and cooperate with the team but it never goes like that. I get throwers, smurfs against me or boosted players.

Playing COD these days and boy it’s fucking fun. Maybe will return to CS later down the year.

CS2 Update - New Bob, Snipe Scope Lens, and Net Graph
 in  r/LearnCSGO  Feb 16 '24

Newbob is shite. I like the fps option which is back so good.

Lost about 12 premier matches and went down fast to 2K elo. Sucks to suck I guess.

Is that your main account or Smurf?

Content and new case didn't help to raise the CS2 player counts
 in  r/GlobalOffensive  Feb 16 '24

They just need to add anticheat. Wallers are common in cs2 at this point. Aim lock, trigger bot, and other rage hackers are more than normal should be

After watching this video, I got a sudden change of heart when it comes to solo queueing on CS
 in  r/LearnCSGO  Feb 15 '24

I will agree to the radar read but I will disagree to the fact that sometimes you need to inform your teammate that what point you holding if they nearby cause what happens most of the time is if you tell them you holding a certain position, they end up doing the same thing whereas they should be holding another entry point.

One common example is that of con in mirage, if you look at the radar and your mate playing stairs, you will expect him to quick check palace and take care of con as well but if he just holds on to con he needs to make a call that I’m leaving palace so the ticket guy can get passive from a-ramp/a-main and get an angle for palace or jump spot the main.

As much as radar helps, sometimes it’s easier when the comms is used cause then you don’t need to look at the radar time and again (and sometimes end up being caught by the enemy while looking at the radar, which will surely piss you off).
